Available in 4 delicious flavours: Corn & Zucchini (60g), Pumpkin, Spinach & Fetta (50g), Carrot & Pumpkin (50g), Bubble & Squeak (50g).

Real easy heating instructions

These instructions are a guide only. Heating times may vary according to the number of items being heated and the power of equipment used. As a guideline we recommend heating products to 65-70°C and serve, or hold at this temperature for a maximum 2 hours. We do not recommend reheating previously heated product.

For optimum taste, reheat from a thawed rather than a frozen state and serve hot.

Our products will reheat with a soft and delicate texture when following these heating instructions.

Corn & Zucchini Fritter

Ingredients: Corn (24%), Zucchini (20%), Egg (19%), Rice Flour, Cheese (Milk, Salt, Cultures, Non-Animal Rennet, Enzymes, Anti-Caking Agent (460), Preservative (200)), Vegetable Oil, Thickener (1422), Baking Powder (Raising Agents (450, 500)), Stabiliser (Maize Starch, Vegetable Gums (412, 415)), Salt, Parsley, Garlic, Spices, Vegetable Gum (415).

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Remove fritters from carton. Arrange in a single layer, cover and thaw product in the refrigerator at 0°C – 5°C.
  2. Product typically thaws in 24hrs at these temperatures, however it is recommended to check that product is properly thawed prior to use.
  3. Heat before consumption.

SANDWICH PRESS

  1. Place fritters on a sandwich press or café press which has been preheated to 220ºC.
  2. If THAWED (recommended), close sandwich press and heat for 90 seconds.
  3. If FROZEN, close sandwich press and heat for 3 to 4 minutes.

GRILL AND HOTPLATE

  1. Thaw fritters in fridge overnight as per instructions above (can not be cooked from frozen with this method).
  2. Place thawed fritters onto pre-heated hotplate and cook for 90 seconds on each side

COMBI OR CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  1. Preheat oven to 180o
  2. For Combi Oven, 0% steam, dry heat only.
  3. Heat for 10 minutes from frozen or 5 minutes if thawed.
  4. Serve immediately or transfer to food holding unit set at 65-70oC for a maximum of 2 hours.
